“During my time as an intern for Goats On The Go last summer, I learned the various aspects that go into successfully operating a grazing business. Coming into this internship I already had a goat background from raising and showing goats for 10 years, but still gained quite of a bit of knowledge.

Through this experience, I was able to learn more about managing a goat herd on a much larger scale, as well as building client relationships as we moved the goats from site to site. 

As a sophomore majoring in Animal Science at Iowa State University, this opportunity was a great fit for my career goals and while it was in my species of interest I still learned quite a bit.
